Tube of choice is by Alex Prihodko at Pics For Design HERE
**You must have a license to use PFD art**

I used elements and paper from 2 kits both by Shalimar
Out To Sea
Sand And Surf
Both kits are available at Pics For Design HERE

Misting Mask can be downloaded from me HERE

Misted sand provided by me and can be downloaded HERE
*This zip file contains 3 misted elements originally from my Tranquility Tutorial*

First we will make a beach scene - open a transparent image 750 x 750

Using elements from both kits, make a scene like mine below:
I used the misted sand I provided in the zip file (I duplicated it and Mirrored it and placed under the fence scene as shown); from the 2 kits I used the fence with hanging towels, seagull that is placed on the fence, tree, outbuilding, seashells, towels, chair, plants, pineapple, bucket, shovel, driftwood, red coral, coconuts, lighthouse, starfish

Now Open Paper 18 from the Sand And Surf kit - Copy and on your Layer Palette (LP) go all the way to the bottom layer and click on the bottom layer>go up to Selection>Select All>Add A New Raster Layer in your LP, and Paste As A New Layer your Paper>Selections>Select None

Your tag should look like this:

Now you are going to apply the Misting Mask I provided.

On your tag you just made, go to your LP and right click>Merge Visible

Apply the Misting Mask>Merge Group - DO NOT ADD A DROP SHADOW!

Open another new Transparent Image sized 750 x 750 and Copy and Paste your new misted scene onto the new Transparent Image - Duplicate the misted scene so you have 2 layers of the scene total

Open Paper 17 (coral) from the Sand And Surf kit, Duplicate and close the original - apply the Misting Mask>Merge Group - NO DROP SHADOW and Copy and Paste onto your new tag under the misted beach scene at the bottom of the tag>Duplicate>Mirror

Open Paper 18 (blue) from the Sand And Surf kit and repeat the above steps to create your misted sky - again you will Duplicate>Mirror as you did with the coral bottom

Now Open the wooden fence and place at the very bottom of your new tag as shown on mine>go up to Layers>Properties>Normal at setting of 75>Add Drop Shadow to the fence

Paste your tube as shown, apply your Misting Mask to the tube>Merge Group and Duplicate the misted tube 2 times so you have 3 layers of your tube total
(I did this because too much of the background shows up through the tube)
Add Drop Shadow

Place the blue flower, assorted shells, and seagull next to the tube as shown, Add Drop Shadows

If you want a border on it like mine, simply use your Color Dropper and choose the coral color from your tag>on your LP click on the very TOP layer>Add A New Raster Layer>Flood Fill your whole tag with the coral color>Selections>Select All>Modify>Contract by 5>hit Delete on your keyboard>Selections>Invert>Add ann Inner Bevel and/or Drop Shadow>Selections>Select None

Place your Copyright information and name on it, and save as a png - all done!!

Please be aware that templates, masks, kits, etc. that I use will always have a link to them - but it is beyond my control if these products/freebies are no longer available by the site/blog owner.
